Dear Kim suddenly said she have the creme Brule recipe and invite us to do it together.. =) Kim reach my hse around 11 something with some ingredients we need. Then we start!! Shei wei reach after work around 12.45pm only reach.

Ingredient

4 eggs
vanilla
sugar
heavy cream
salt.

Tools

a medium mixing bowl that's microwave safe

roasting pan

oven & microwave

Ingredients & some tools

Step 1: Separate the 4 eggs. Put the yolks into the small bowl. Set aside for a minute
Step 2: Next, put 4 tablespoons of sugar into the mixing bowl
Step 3: Add 1 pint of heavy cream
Step 4: Stir gently with a whisk. You're not whipping this, just stirring. Next, put it into the microwave for 2 minutes to dissolve the sugar.
Step 5: While that's going, whisk those yolks a bit. Just enough to break the yolks up and smooth it out some.
Step 6: When your sugar-cream mix is done in the microwave, stir it a bit to make sure the sugar dissolves. Stir in the eggs and whisk it well. Add a dash of salt and a teaspoon of vanilla.

After all the above steps

Step 7: After it's well whisked, pour it into ramekins. Put the ramekins into a roasting pan.

Step 8: Put the roasting pan with ramekins into the oven. Pour in enough hot water to come up halfway on the ramekins. It doesn't have to be boiling, just hot. I normally do it straight out of the faucet
Step 9: Bake @ 350F for 40 minutes. They should still be jiggly when you pull them out. Don't worry about it. It will set up in the fridge, just like a cheesecake.

Let them cool a bit and then pop them into the fridge. It's best to chill them overnight, but they're certainly edible after a few hours of chilling.

hmm.. I also is abit too dark.. make it clear.. that's not mu fault. Kim said bake in 350 C. actually is 350 H. Hahahha... that's y this outlook like that. But anyway.. they all taste YUMMY ~~

huh huh.... why i said so? Last week i lost my CANON IXUS 950IS in Kiddyplace. How i lost it? well... i'm taking products photo in the shop and at the same time i have to teach my new staff on stroller training. You know ler.. stroller training sure need to teach her how to close and open the stroller, have to use both hand, and my pants don't have pocket so i put my camera in the near side (on top of the offer bin - which put all the clothes). Then someone phone me in Kiddyplace and i go listen the phone (i forget my camera still on the offer bin) then 15 minutes later the camera gone!! Who pass by the offer bin at that time?? should be 2 customers and my own new staff. Who took it? We suspect an african lady or my new staff (now no longer our staff - she got fired!! but not on this issue)

Then ok.. fine! I try to buy the same model again but i already 'Fatt Shan Sai' people search for me.. Many shops got no more stock and called Canon head office also no more stock - DISCONTINUE! Luckily Ching yee will go HK today and she will look for me in HK. And if she really cannot get it, got another one.. MR. OWEN KWONG. hahaha.. I ask him to look for me in Melbourne also. hahahaha.. He checked the price is around RM 1060 (not include postage to Malaysia). if anyone can still find 950IS with below RM 1150 please inform me!!

Why i have to buy 950IS? why not 960IS / 970IS? hmm... Many people said 970IS not good. Don't even think about it.. hahaha.. for 960IS, can think bout it.. if really really no choice. Lennie said the photo quality may not as good as 950IS wo. BTW!! Bad luck not end yet....

Today my HP drop into a water pail.. hahaha.. sei mei!! have to go 'da siu yan' already.. Luckily after i blow it dry.. now can still function. But soon will be sot sot dei one la..
