心中的日月

I celebrate xmas with some of my colleagues on 23rd (wednesday) and we pre-book our xmas lunch set in Twins Sister Cafe near my office. The Christmas Set not as good as what we expect. I ordered Cheesy Tiger prawn steak set with Salad as appetiser and Brownies as dessert but the Salad serve in small portion, Brownies just like a normal chocolate cake, tiger prawn is very small (different from the menu photo). And maybe we pre-book the set and they serve it not hot enough. The prawn a bit cold already. The bake corn serve without butter & salt. That's tasteless. But the decor for my steak is very attractive.

All my colleagues they ordered Chicken Chop. Same as i mentioned before, when the steck serve, it's already cold. We do took some photos there and anyway we enjoyed the moment of xmas celebration.

* Anyway i have to emphasize here, the other food selling in Twins sister not bad. Is much more better than the xmas set.





After lunch, is the time for present exchange. Hahaha.. i bought a mini massager in Mini Toons and esyuen is the one who get it. She loves it much. I got a present (storage box) from Ms. Chen too. Thanks..

Cindy booked a room in Tai Thong Restaurant (opposite Tropicana City Mall) to celebrate Le ann 2 years old birthday. Le Ann enjoy very much, before dinner le ann and ryan went to tropicana city mall gymboree to attend the christmas party. After party then dinner with Kenny's kids (yik's twin brother). They have lots fun there.


See they play Hide and Seek. Sooooo cute. Le ann knows how to count 1-10 then go find her playmate. Hahahaha...

I bought this Dinosaur Battery motor for Leann. Shared by me and fei. She loves it so much.. hahaha.. can u see how fun she is??

Another holiday trip before ended 2009. I went Macau and HK with my family, uncle meng's family and my dad's friend Peter and his wife. Our flight on 13th Dec 1pm and we reach the hotel around 5 something. We stayed in Venetian Hotel, a very grand hotel in Macau. The distance from airport to the hotel just about 10 minutes. Is really near. Venetian Hotel will have their bus waiting in airport taking all Venetian customer to and from the hotel for free. Really convenient for us and the main point is FREE and the bus available quite frequently. This is my second time to macau, and what so special in macau? Well, we dun gambling so we just shop in town and shop in Venetian (a very huge shopping paradise) and of course sourcing for nice food.


First of all, i have to introduce this to you guys. This is an indoor place in Venetian located in 3rd floor near food court. The renovation is sooo unique and you will just split out "wow... that's really cool" They have a sky ceiling and 3D shelf just totally like outdoor.



Then of course the hotel room and bath room. That's really nice. I'm not sure whether all the room is the same. The room we take was 2 queen size bed. It's like a suite room.


There is not much xmas decor in Macau, but not too bad. At least you can see some huge xmas decor and stage in the town. The most important is the cool weather. hahaha which added some excitement for us.



In KL, hardly wear this kind of sweather and scarf. Of course we have to took more pics.


I believe everyone who visit Macau for sure will come to this 'Da Shan Ba' for photo shoot. Is a landmark for Macau.


If you love to see lighting on building, they dun forget to visit 新葡京. I found out It is the best building (outdoor lighting) in Macau. Then you just cross over the road in front the 新葡京 then you have to sit on the road and took this Pics above. Hahahha.. so u can take the whole building.


Do this look like a Pork Burger advertisement? Hahaha.. My skill not bad ya!!

So... I have to ended up here with some place that you can get nice food. Specially request by My dear Ching Yee, As she is going to Macau & Hk on 30th Dec.

幸好下个月会去澳门旅行，虽然只是短短的几天。希望可以好好得享受享受。。哈哈！~

It's another trip for me again. My last trip was in Pulau Perhentian and Nov 12-15 will be going to have Cruise trip with my sister's family. This is my first time travel with Ryan and Le-Ann.

有个故事想和你们分享：

年輕人喜歡上了在便利商店 打工的女孩,
每天都會到女孩工作的店裡面買一包香菸,
漸他漸的兩人開始互相熟悉,
當女孩工作感到無聊乏味的時候,或者是心情不好的時候,
年輕人就會出現, 他會陪女孩說說話, 或是逗女孩開心.
女孩也知道年輕人似乎喜歡上自己了,可是自己已經有很要好的男友,
面對年輕人如此的關懷,自己也不知道如何婉拒他.
有一天商店外頭運來一台娃娃機,女孩很喜歡裡面的娃娃,
年輕人知道以後,就去夾了一隻娃娃送給女孩,
當天他終於對她表白,希望女孩能接受他,
不知如何是好的女孩,只能殘忍的告訴年輕人,她和他是不可能的,
因為她已經有深愛的男友了,
年輕人聽了之後默然的點點頭,
只是自己對女孩的喜歡已經超出自己所預期的,
他不死心的問女孩,自己真的沒有機會了嗎?
善良的女孩不忍心看到原本開朗風趣的年輕人變得如此消沉寡歡,

與男友吵了一架,

隔天以後,年輕人再也沒來夾娃娃了.

因為那個每天都會為了她來夾娃娃的熟悉背影,

珍惜現在所擁有的，總比到時候完全失去了再也沒得的 好吧^_^

Shei Wei suddenly want to bake cake and my house have most of the equipment she needs. We plan to bake Chocolate Fudge Brownies. It's Saturday!!! I'm off and she is off alternate saturday. She bring along sheyanne and reach my house around 11am++.
She brought those ingredients in serdang. She had the recipe with her:

Ingredients:
250g dark cooking chocolate, broke in pieces
150g Margarine/ butter
180g soft brown sugar
3 eggs
120g plain flour, sifted
120g white chocolate, cut into chunks
120g toasted cashewnuts coarsely chopped
4tbsp icing sugar, for dusting

Method:
1. Melt Dark chocolate and butter by using a double boiler or microwave power medium for 2 minutes, stir until mixture is smooth.

2. Add sugar and stir well. Add eggs, flour and mix till well-combined.

3. Fold in White Chocolate and cashewnuts

4. Pour mixture into slab pan (wipe thin layer of butter on the surface of the pan)

5. Bake in pre-heated oven at 180'c for about 30 minutes till cooked.

6. Cool completely in pan and dust with icing sugar before serving.

Of course i never forget to take some photos using my D90. Hahaha..

30th Oct just celebrate jon birthday and 31st Oct is another celebration for my lovely Wey Foong. We went to Puchong again but we go to Caff restaurant. A bit dissapointed as the food not as good as some food blog mentioned. Susan's Bistro at Mahkota Cheras is much much more better. But we still enjoy the night gathered together and gossip..=) Too bad Ching yee cannot join us as she need to work that night.

We celebrate Jonathan birthday at Cannes's Cafe (Love on Food)in Puchong.The environment was good enough for us to chat and enjoy ourself. I love the drinks.. nice to drink and see also.. hahaha.. very colorful and special. Price are reasonable, not expensive.

Kim give jonathan a BIG suprise that night. She bought 20 helium balloons and invite jonathan to join us without his notice. His gf just appear when he wanna blow the candles.

We keep asking lennie when he will have his house warming? hahahaha.. Finally he did it. But me and WF have to help him up in buying some seafood, vege and have to help him to boil the 'BONE' soup. We enjoyed the night very much... Me and WF reach his house around 4pm then starting to boil the soup and put all the food on the BIG plate that i bring. After all the preparation then me and WF go The Curve have a quick shopping and i bought 2 short pants in Nichii. Then we back to his house around 6.15pm, and we feeling hungry.. we wondering.. let's start to eat then we can also try the soup as well. Hahahha...Good idea ya! Pay, Hoo and Edmond they brought snacks, beer, wine and some other drinks..

After dinner we start our drinking session and also watching TVB drama 'Jue Dai Shuang Jiao'. Although most of us watch it b4, but we still enjoy the time which all of us watching it together. Hahaha.. and not to miss out, another entertainment for the night is our MR. KENJI!! Sheh Lee's Dog. He get tortured but we can see that he is enjoy. haha..

Long time never have trip with friends... the last time should be last year PD trip. But this trip just only me, calvin, WF and MB. If got more friend joining, it should have more fun. On 11th early morning, We take airasia to Kota Bharu and still have to take 1 hour Taxi to the Jetty. Our package include speedboat transfer to BUBU LONG BEACH RESORT, the best resort in Perhentian kecil. Due to monsoon season, not much malaysian, just a few tourist staying in the resort. What we do in this small island for 3 days 2 nights?? Hahhahahha... we just eat and sleep, walk in beach side, drinking beer facing the wonderful seaview, relaxing listeing music with my ipod, snorkelling, and me and calvin got 1 more entertainment.. - watching 2 of my beloved friends in their argument. Hahahha... then i'll judge this round who is the winner. Hahaha.. very funny ho!! everyday they have different argument... after awhile, they back to normal. A while later then next round... hahaha.. That's FUN!!
